maam – maternity as a master originates from the encounter between Riccarda Zezza and Andrea Vitullo.
Together we decided to challenge one of the most damaging stereotypes in the 21st century economy. This stereotype considers motherhood as a weak point in women’s careers. We are proud to offer a paradigm shift and we are convinced that now is the time for this to happen all over the world.

Who we are
After being a manager in some multinational companies, he is today an Executive Coach. In 2006, he founded Inspire, a company with which he realizes transformational projects for people in enterprises.
He cooperates with the Universities of Venice Ca’ Foscari and of Verona, he teaches yoga and mindfulness techniques. He wrote “Leadership rifl essive” (Apogeo) and “Leadershit” (Ponte alle Grazie).
She took two masters (Marta and Luca). She worked for many years in large companies in Italy and abroad. In 2012, she founded Piano C – work meets the women, in order to explore new organizational models also through diversity. She is a consultant and a researcher on the subjects of leadership and stereotypes.
maam U cofounder
Founder of an IT consulting company based in Copenhagen, he designs digital training systems for startups and companies with global ambitions. Before being a consultant, he studied design in Ferrara, Oslo and at the Media Lab of MIT in Boston.
Passion for Customers
Background in management, organization and communications. He has already achieved a purposeful heterogeneous professional experiences with a communications agency, European Commission, Banca Prossima – Intesa Sanpaolo Group and Norisk. In 2012 he co-founded Piano C – work meets the women, in order to explore new organizational models also through diversity.
